Jamie Resker is the founder and practice leader for Employee Performance Solutions (EPS). Jamie is a recognized thought leader and innovator in the area of talent management.
She is the originator of the Performance Continuum Feedback Method®, a framework for systematically diagnosing performance issues and development opportunities, and crafting hearable sayable messages about even the most sensitive behavior-based issues. This methodology is not only backed by Jamie’s extensive experience, but uses brain science as its core foundation, helping managers to understand how people process feedback in order to prevent the common, defensive reaction that prevents most people from giving and receiving feedback.
Jamie is a frequent contributor on the topic of employee performance and feedback. She holds a BA in Business from Emmanuel College and is an instructor at the Boston University Corporate Education Group. She is on the faculty for the Northeast Human Resources Association and is a contributor to Boston.com's Talent Management Ask the HR Expert.
