About EPS
EPS, founded by Jamie Resker, offers training and specialized consulting
solutions designed to increase overall employee performance throughout your
organization. Through coaching, training and licensing services the
program has been successfully used by employees in organizations ranging from
Fortune 1000 corporations to medium sized businesses and non-profit
organizations.
Over the course of Jamie's 20+ years of experience as an HR and OD professional,
she began to see patterns in how employee performance issues were typically
handled:
Most managers found it difficult to provide performance feedback to their
employees, particularly when the issue was related to a behavior.
When managers did initiate performance discussions they tended to focus on
examples of poor performance and predictably most employees reacted defensively.
Jamie developed a real world solution to overcome these problems, and offers the
program through an easily learned tool, called the Performance Continuum
Feedback Method (PCFM). The PCF shows feedback providers a new way to make sense
of, communicate about and manage employee performance.
About Jamie Resker
Jamie Resker, Founder and President of EPS, is the originator of the Performance Continuum
Feedback Method. Jamie introduces a new solution for systematically diagnosing
employee performance issues and development opportunities and crafting messages
about even the most sensitive performance issues that come across as both honest
yet hearable.
Jamie teaches diagnostic and communications skills which
through a series of exact steps, allow managers to provide non-threatening
performance feedback to drive measurable and positive changes in employee
behavior and performance. Prior to starting EPS, Jamie held senior HR
positions in a variety of business sectors. Jamie is also the Director of
the
Work Systems Affiliates Performance Management Practice Group.
