We certify individuals within organizations to present the various Employee Performance Solutions programs in-house.
Jamie Resker will work with your HR staff and internal leaders to run workshops within your organization. The goal is to prepare a group of your trainers and business leaders to lead our workshops on their own, and provide reminders and follow-up resources to their teams. We also provide one-on-one coaching to help training participants implement the best practices taught in our workshops.

- Facilitator's guide with detailed notes and an animated PowerPoint presentation.
Once you identify a group of trainers and other leaders who will serve as the internal champions of the Performance Continuum Feedback Method, we will work with you to create the most efficient way to provide those internal champions with resources and instruction.
Each participant who goes through training must have his or her own individual set of participant materials, which may not be reused by subsequent participants.
