We certify individuals within organizations to train the various Employee Performance Solutions programs.
Jamie Resker will work with your HR staff and internal leaders designated to provide training to run workshops within your organization. The goal is to prepare a group of your trainers and business leaders to lead our workshops on their own; provide reminders and follow-up resources and even one-on-one coaching to help training participants implement the best practices taught in our workshops.

- Facilitator's guide and the PowerPoint presentation.
Once you identify a group of trainers and other leaders who will serve as the internal champions of the Performance Continuum Feedback Method program, we will work with you to create the most efficient way to provide those internal champions with train-the-trainer resources and instruction.
Each participant who goes through training must have his or her own individual set of participant materials, which may not be reused by subsequent participants.
