On-site Workshops

Provide your managers with an intuitive and easy to learn method to manage employee performance.  These workshops may be customized to address your specific organizational initiatives.  Up to 15 participants.

 

On-site Workshop With Coaching

Increase your training ROI through individualized coaching to reinforce the learning with follow-on coaching that helps managers apply the method to existing performance issues.  Includes the workshop and a 1-hour personal coaching session for each participant.

 

Train the Trainer and Program Licensing

Training and certification of select internal staff in your organization to provide in-house coaching (as needed performance support to managers) or training.  Ideal candidates would include HR, Organizational Development professionals, those responsible for performance management, and key management personnel (e.g. functional VP's, Directors).

 
 

One-on-One Personal Coaching

Teaches and practices the PCF™ Method.  Provides key managers who are facing critical/difficult employee performance issues with one-on-one coaching.  They will learn the PCF™ Method and work through their actual performance issues to create an action plan that they can implement immediately (i.e. they know how to handle the performance issue and are prepared to initiate a performance discussion).

 

Small Group Coaching

Teaches and practices the PCF™ Method using a small group setting, while at the same time allowing managers to work through their actual performance issues and create an action plan that they can implement immediately.

 

As-Needed Coaching

This option allows us to work through your employee performance issues using the PCF™ Method via the phone and/or email.  This option works well for a manager who is facing critical and complicated performance issues that need immediate attention.

 
 

Enhance Your Organization's Talent Management System

Develop your current approach to managing performance by incorporating the fundamentals of the PCF™ Method.  When the PCF™ Method is part of your organization's human resources management process it insures that managers will take a more disciplined approach to developing the talent pool.  This is the most comprehensive approach to performance and talent management and incorporates the PCF™ Method as the program's main building blocks.  This solution can include the design of a new performance appraisal system or enhancement of the current one; the Performance Management Workshop; performance coaching, program roll-out and communications.
