We offer a number of training programs and services based on the Performance Continuum Feedback Method® with content designed to meet the needs of the organizations we work with.  Options include:

On-site Workshops: We can bring our action learning programs to your intact workgroups, leadership teams, or collections of participants from various departments across your organization. On-site facilitation allows our trainers to integrate core values, key organizational challenges and company-specific cases to the class.

Public Workshops: We offer public workshops for HR professionals and managers through Boston University Corporate Education Center.

Workshops

  This workshop insures your managers have the skills and a plan to initiate discussions designed to engage, retain and develop their mid-level and high performing employees (before someone else does!).

• On-site Workshop Combined With Coaching Increase your training ROI through individualized coaching to reinforce the learning with follow-on coaching that helps managers apply the method to existing performance issues. Train The Trainer

• Train The Trainer Certification
  For clients that desire the option of utilizing in-house personnel to facilitate PCFM programs, EPS offers a train-the-trainer program that includes training, facilitator guides, support and participant workbooks. This program includes training, Facilitator Guides, Annual Support and Participant Workbooks.
  
  Ideal candidates for this certification include HR, Training and Development professionals, those responsible for performance management and key management personnel (e.g. functional VP's, Directors). Contact us for details.

Coaching

• PCFM Coaching Clinic
  This clinic allows clients to designate and train staff members as performance coaches to utilize the Performance Continuum Feedback Method to help managers work through complex performance issues, craft hearable and "sayable" messages and assist the manager in following through on the performance discussion.
  
• One-on-One Personal Coaching
  Provides key managers who are facing critical/difficult employee performance issues with one-on-one coaching. They will learn the PCFM Method and work through their actual performance issues to create an action plan that they can implement immediately (i.e. they know how to handle the performance issue and are prepared to initiate a performance discussion).
  
• Small Group Coaching
  Teaches and practices the PCFM Method using a small group setting, while at the same time allowing managers to work through their actual performance issues and create an action plan that they can implement immediately.
  
• As-Needed Coaching
  This option allows us to work through your employee performance issues using the PCFM Method via the phone and/or email. This option works well for a manager who is facing critical and complicated performance issues that need immediate attention.
  

Custom Solutions

Enhance Your Organization's Talent Management System
Develop your current approach to managing performance by incorporating the fundamentals of the PCFM Method. When the PCFM Method is part of your organization's human resources management process it insures that managers will take a more disciplined approach to developing the talent pool. This is the most comprehensive approach to performance and talent management and incorporates the PCFM Method as the program's main building blocks.
