Empower Everyone to Self-Manage Their Performance and Potential

It puts them in control—so they can build on their strengths, improve where it matters, and take ownership of their development.

Part 2

Performance Feedback Manager Training

Building on Part 1, managers learn advanced strategies to address performance issues and give clear, confident feedback—without triggering defensiveness. With tools like Root Cause Analysis and the Turnaround Method, they’re ready to handle any challenge.

Who It's For:  Managers at all levels.  New managers build confidence.  Experienced leaders sharpen their approach.

Program Value:

The Challenge:  Most managers want to give feedback—they just don’t know how to say it without making things worse. That hesitation leads to silence, confusion, and missed growth opportunities.

We teach managers exactly what to say, how to say it, and how to address performance issues clearly—without triggering defensiveness or avoiding the conversation. Whether it’s in-the-moment feedback or course-correcting off-track patterns, managers gain the tools and confidence to speak up early and guide performance forward.

What You'll Learn

Give Feedback in the Moment

Forget awkward “constructive criticism.” Our simple, say-it-now method helps managers address performance problems—clearly and calmly—in a way that doesn’t feel like a personal attack but still calls attention to what needs to change. Easy to remember, quick to use, and effective for both work results and behavioral issues.

Personalize Performance Feedback for Each Team Member

Generic feedback falls flat. With our Performance Content Planner, managers quickly pinpoint each employee’s strengths, contributions, and growth areas. So feedback is easier to give, more meaningful, and amplifies impact at the individual, team, and organizational level.

 Clarify Performance Issues

When performance is off track, clarity is your first step forward.  Our proven Root Cause Analysis approach helps managers break down complex issues—spotting patterns, focusing on facts, and pinpointing what’s really going on. It’s a fair, structured way to understand challenges and take action to course-correct off-target results or behavior.

Say What Needs to Be Said—Without Sparking Defensiveness

Most feedback approaches miss the mark—too vague, too harsh, or just too hard to say. The Turnaround Method flips the script. It gives managers a refreshingly simple way to share clear, direct information without triggering defensiveness. Actionable and future-focused—it’s a powerful shift from traditional methods that works in real conversations.
